All B-50 Dacron strings will stretch a bit as they are broken in or strung on bow. If you DO NOT know the length of your bow string a good rule of thumb is that a longbow will take a string 3" shorter than they are marked and a recurve bow generally takes a 4" shorter bow string. So, if your bow is a recurve and has marking such as AMO 60" or 60" AMO , a 56" bow string should be the proper length.
