Description: Restored and refinished mid 1900s solid oak document/storage box. Dimensions are 10" long x 8 3/4" wide x 6 1/2" tall. Inside measures 8 1/8" wide x 9 1/8" long x 5 1/2" tall. The box is constructed of 5/16" thick tiger oak and uses finger joints for strength. It has two lid supports and a cardholder on the front. Box was restored with several coats of MinWax Satin Varnish and polished with 0000 steel wool and paste-wax to a soft luster. Fully lined with dark blue felt. Bottom is covered with dark green felt. Excellent condition. All joints are solid. No cracks, scratches or splits in the wood. Rubber feet added to enhance handling and protect your furniture. Very Fast Handling!
