Description: Wonderful antique pair of John Harvard bookends, designed by Sculptor Daniel E. French and manufactured by The Jennings Brothers Manufacturing Company of Bridgeport, Connecticut. These bookends are of amazing quality and weigh a hefty 11.5 pounds in total.Bookends are made of spelter with a bronzed finish. Bookends retain their original felt bases, one with original label. Each measures 7.25" tall, 5.75" deep and 4" wide. Very good condition for their age with some wear.Please see photos for details.
