Description: Here we have an early model anodized aluminum large oval CASSEROLE/BAKER with two riveted end handles made by COMMERCIAL ALUMINUM COOKWARE of Toledo, Ohio. [NOTE: Now known as Calphalon.] It measures approx. 16" long (add 1-1/4" for each end steel handle) x 10" wide x 2-7/8" side high (deep) x 3-3/4" end handles high, can hold up to 5 quarts...to the brim. It is in very good maintained (lightly/barely used) condition with no dings or dents...appearing to have had less than normal use. It is being offered in "as found" condition, not thoroughly cleaned since acquired, currently showing some scuff/rub marks here and there along with some minor light interior/exterior scratch marks (to be expected with use and handling)...all of which are not offensive. A clean, then good to go. The bottom is marked, "Commercial ALUMINUM COOKWARE ~ TOLEDO, OHIO ~ NSF TESTING LABORATORY ~ NSF ~ ANN ARBOR, MICH. ~ G67 16 HC." Came from a private home kitchen of many years, however the exact age is unknown, circa 1968-1992. This item weighs approx. 3 lbs., add 2-1/2 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material.
