Description: These are nice large Ferocactus rectispinus plants that are landscaping size. These have the longest spines of any Ferocactus. Some of the spines are currently 4" to 5" long, but can reach 10" long when mature! These are 7" to 9" wide, measured at the body, not counting the spines! These will take a LARGE box to arrive safely. Luckily, we have 30 years experience of shipping cactus, so it will arrive in great condition! NOTE: These plants are marked with white marker on the spines that go to the SOUTH. When you plant it in full sun, make sure that you orient it correctly. These are about 7" to 9" wide, measured at the body, not counting the spines. They are actually larger than they appear in the pictures, as they were planted "low" in these pots, but I'm not going to repot it just for pictures, so the roots aren't disturbed twice. This plant is in a 3 gallon pot, as shown in the pictures, but will be sent bare root. You will receive a plant similar to what is shown. These are grown from seed in Tucson! All plants are sent bare root, unless noted. If you need heat packs, we have them in our store, just add them to your order.
