Our technicians just inspect the machine to be working and that's it. You may receive a machine that is like new barely used or a machine that has been used for some time. However, we make sure that it is working fully as intended. We cannot go back and check due to the fact that we are a small team that does not have the time to go back and look once the machine has already been packed and ready for shipment to our warehouse.
