There is evidence of a drop of water in the interior of the dust jacket which has bled through to the front cover. This is a small area. There is light soiling to the page edges. The binding is tight and secure with a small right spinal lean. The interior pages are bright and clean. This is flat signed by the author. Please see photos for all condition questions.
