Description: *** EXTREMELY RARE, VINTAGE LEGO DUPLO “BLACK CASTLE” ~ 4785 ~ RETIRED 2006. Includes instructions; original box is not included. Incomplete Set - 375 Pieces. This listing includes all major parts & 6 Duplo Knights. A complete set has 380 pieces & 6 Duplo Knights. Everything shown in photos is included plus a few pieces not in photos (2 light gray flag poles, 1 red flag & 1 Duplo lion knight (blue/yellow chest). 15 minor pieces missing (however, only 8 pieces are missing due to comparable replacements): (1) 1 black 2x6 brick; (2) 1 black 3x4x2 1/3 rampart; (3) 1 black 8x8 plate w/trap door opening (replaced w/brown version of same piece); (4) 2 2x2 dark gray bricks (replaced w/1 black brick & 1 orange brick); (5) 2 dark gray 2x4 bricks (replaced w/2 black 2x4 bricks); (6) Metallic Silver Head Armor w/Yellow Top Feather & Blue/Yellow Breastplate w/Lion & Crown Pattern (replaced w/same piece w/blue top feather); (7) Gold Treasure piece (for treasure chest); (8) 1 Light Gray Door 1 x 4 x 4 w/9 Panes (replaced w/black version of same piece); (9) 1 Light Gray Flagpole; (10) 1 Red wavy Flag 2 x 5; (11) 2 Flames w/Marbled Light Orange Pattern; and (12) 1 Brown Crossbow. Additional pieces added: (1) 1 black caldron; (2) 1 brown rectangular table; and (3) 1 red chair. Released on Sept. 1, 2005 and Retired on Dec. 31, 2006. Gently used and in excellent condition.
