Description: The headset charges & powers on. It will boot up normally but only displays a black screen instead of the home screen. I got it to display the browser app from casting from my phone. I didn’t have any games to test it with and it wouldn’t let me download any from the app. I tried a hard reset and a factory reset but the black screen persists. I couldn’t get the menu pulled up so I couldn’t check the storage capacity.
