Description: This is an original OEM GM factory 4 speed floor shifter that came out of a floor shift chevelle decades ago in original unrestored condition. It is a correct shifter for 1967 Chevelle or el Camino and 1964-1966 Impala or caprice. This includes the shifter, handle stick from the bucket seat console Car with chrome shifter knob. It also has the original boot, although the boot is in pretty poor shape. the stick is still factory bolted to the shifter base. It also includes one. Of the original rods, I believe this is the 1+2 Muncie rod. Additionally, I’m including what I believe are two other rods, for 3+4 and reverse. Not sure if those two rods are correct for this like the 1+2 rod is, but I believe they are. This style shifter was made for GM By ITM, Inland Tool Manufacturing, and were used by Chevrolet, Buick, Olds, and possibly other manufacturers from 1964-1967. This shifter would be correct for a 1967 Chevelle or el Camino application, but may also work in 1964-1966 Chevelle and impala. This shifter will fit many years, makes, and models, including Chevelle. Please confirm your specific application. This shifter is in original unrestored condition as shown. The mechanism does shows surface corrosion from decades of cool, dry storage on my shelf since removal, and all parts move freely. It is in original condition and easily serviceable.
