Description: A vintage pair of Paulding light sockets with brass fatboy shells. The sockets were thoroughly cleaned inside and out and were tested with an ohm meter and with bulbs. They work and have a pleasant antique look. The insulators are new; the caps are original but still in good condition so were left. One shell had two hairline vertical splits that weren't an issue, but we soldered these from the inside anyway—the shell is very solid. Both shells snap to the base caps. These are marked Paulding on the base of the porcelain sockets. Finish your antique or vintage lighting project with this fine pair of Paulding light sockets.
