Seeds of this passion vine- Passiflora Edulis Black Beauty which produces sweet, delicious purple/black passion fruits. This vine is beautiful but most of all is grown for the fruit, that are exceptionally sweet. This vine produced 15 to 20 of these beautiful blossoms and fruit during this past summer The vine grew to about 20' and was pretty much pest free. The caterpillars didn't seem to want to eat this one as much as some of my others. This vines is foliage hardy in zones 9 and higher, I keep mine in a 14" pot and protect it in the winter months. It also can be cut back and brought inside during cold weather.
