Some pieces have been used by customers and others were collecting dust in our distribution center – they are functionally perfect, but may have a cosmetic flaw. I haven't found a "cosmetic flaw"- they seem to be awesome. I would rather someone wear these than keep in her drawer unused. The style number says these are "Barely Baggies" but that MIGHT be where the flaw is, because these do not look like that model.
