Description: Up for consideration are Pontesa white ironstone plates in two sizes (9 7/8" and 8 1/2"). Plates have an embossed leaf pattern, ridged rim and shiny finish. Plates are marked on the back "Pontesa Ironstone, Made in Spain, Chinamoda". The larger plates (9 7/8") are dinner plates and the smaller plates (8 1/2") are either a salad plate or luncheon plate. This pattern is identified by Replacements Ltd. as PNT9 by Pontesa (not sure if this pattern number is from Pontesa or Replacements). This pattern has been discontinued and is difficult to find. At the time of this listing I couldn't find any for sale online. The price listed is per plate and the plates are being sold individually, but you can save on shipping by buying multiples.
