This brooch was designed by Victor Silson and was patented in 1940. The locket on the bottom opens and latches as intended and will hold two photos. This is a very large brooch measuring 3 3/4" in length. The pin is marked on the back for Stilson with the patent number 120174. Rare keepsake locket in very good estate condition. Shiny gold plated on top and the locket does show some wear to the plating from use. 4842
