Preparation:Pork Sausage & Eggs Casserole Recipe: 1/2 Can of Yoder's Pork Sausage5 TBS of Powdered Eggs1/2 cup of water2 cups of reconstituted milk1 teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon ground mustard6 slices white bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes1 can of Bega Cheese In a large bowl, mix the Powdered Eggs with water; add milk, Salt and mustard. Stir in bread cubes, Bega Cheese and sausage. Pour into a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
